Rare Vintage Borge Mogensen teak & beech wood desk/dining table, designed in 1952 for Soberg Mobelfabrik Denmark.

This is a highly unusual and rare piece, the design enables it to be used as a normal desk with an integral set of three drawers.
In addition the top lifts up and swivels round into position to make a four seater dining table.

The frame is made from solid beech with teak wood ending to feet, the top is solid full grained teak with brass hinges and brass conector clips to the sides. The three drawers are also in grained teak with integral pull handles.

It has been lovingly restored and polished and is in excellent order.

Measurements : normal desk 100 cm width and 60 cm in depth and 70 cm in height.
As extended/open table 100 cm width x 120 cm depth.
