Charles & Ray Eames (USA) a set of 12 Griege coloured fibreglass shell side chairs on stacking bases for Herman Miller c1970.

These chairs are all 100 % original (the shells, shock mounts, screws, and bases) they are as they left the factory, no re-glued mounts, no nasty Chinese copied bases 100% vintage. Impressed herman miller marks to shocks etc.

The shells are a great colour, they are a cross between grey and beige called Greige by Herman Miller, the shells are showing lots of visible fibres just how they should be.

The bases are chromium plated steel with white plastic adjustable feet and allow the chairs to be stacked together to save space when not in use or can be locked together in a row if desired.

Condition : considering these chairs are over 40 years old the condition is amazing : the colours aare bright and vibrant with tons of visible fibres, there are no cracks or holes, no shocks have been broken/re glued, all original screws are present etc, just minor age related marks, some surface rust to undersides and a couple of the adjustable feet are discoloured/damaged slightly.
